Every child needs and deserves to grow up safe and protected from abuse and neglect, and caring foster parents offer children support and stability when they need it most. At It Is Well Foster Care, we serve children and families who are facing the greatest challenges. Our highly trained, dedicated staff works to ensure that every child lives in a safe and supportive home with a nurturing family. We support caregivers to shape better lives and brighter futures for children.
We are a 501(C) (3) non-profit organization that is licensed in the state of Georgia where we continually strive for excellence in making a difference in the lives of children. Our foster care program provides stable, loving homes for children and teens from infancy to 18 years of age who are unable to live with their biological families. Children referred to the program are often victims of abuse and neglect and have special emotional needs. We facilitate foster care homes throughout multiple counties within regions 2, 4, 5, and 13.

Foster A Child
You were born with the ability to change someone's life. Don't ever waste it.
It Is Well Foster Care, Inc. welcomes children of all genders, spanning from one day old to 18 years old. Our agency is open to foster placements, high-risk infants and toddlers, and children facing behavioral challenges. Our primary aim is to ensure the care, supervision, and well-being of both male and female children, ages 0 to 18. We are dedicated to providing ongoing therapeutic services and skills training tailored to address their specific problems and needs.
Our services at It Is Well are personalized, culturally relevant, trauma-informed, and family-centered. We extend support to children and families from diverse backgrounds and experiences, including considerations of race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, or those who identify as gender non-conforming. We are also here for children who have been victims of sex trafficking. Our commitment is to create a safe and nurturing environment for all children, regardless of their unique circumstances.
